THE KINDERGARTEN · REPORTS
School performance reports.
See the source behind the number.
A useful school report explains what its numbers cover. School OS connects the leadership view to attendance registers, published assessment results and office workflows, so the next question can lead back to the underlying work.

THE WORKFLOW
Bring the confirmed work into view
The Owner and Principal sample views share a school overview with class and date filters. The demo distinguishes missing attendance registers, unpublished results and a single invoice from information that is ready to review.
Choose the reporting scope
Select both sample classes or a single class, then choose an October 2026 attendance date. The coverage indicator shows how many registers have been confirmed. Unmarked records stay visible instead of being counted as absences.
Read the available evidence
Attendance totals come from confirmed registers. The academic summary uses the published Grade 8-A Mathematics assessment. The fee panel shows one October invoice. These samples do not represent every subject, campus or account in a school.
Follow up in the right workspace
Use the source links to open the relevant attendance, results or fees journey. The Principal also gets sample student follow-up signals based on the available records. These are review prompts for a person, rather than a judgement about a pupil or teacher.
PEOPLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
A useful view for each role.
- Owner
- Review aggregate sample coverage and the connected school overview.
- Principal
- Inspect the scoped picture and available student follow-up signals.
- Responsible staff
- Use the source workflows to prepare, review and confirm the underlying records.
BUILD AROUND YOUR WORKFLOW
Start with your school’s questions.
- Which student, teacher, staff or campus questions should the report answer?
- Which source records are complete and ready to include?
- Who may see individual records versus aggregate information?
Early Access starts with a school-level conversation. Available features, access and configuration are agreed during onboarding. If your school already uses a KERYX LAB product, request an addition through KERYX Mods.
BEFORE YOU EXPLORE
A few practical questions.
Does the public demo include every performance report?
No. It demonstrates attendance coverage, one published assessment and one sample invoice. Student, teacher, staff and campus report requirements should be scoped against the school’s available records and permissions.
Can I start with populated sample reports?
Yes. The reporting demo offers an explicitly labelled prepared example. It supplies fictional records so you can explore the report; it does not imply you completed those underlying workflows.
Will changing a filter change school records?
The public reporting view is read-only. Filters select the information shown. Any supported change belongs in its authorized source workflow with the relevant review steps.
