We use your details to follow up on Early Access enquiries and assess existing-customer feature requests.
What you submit
Early Access collects your name, role, school, city, approximate student count, Pakistan phone number and work email. Your current tools and improvement ideas are optional. The KERYX Mods form collects your contact and school details, the product and module you use, your feature request, current workflow, intended users and expected improvement. A customer reference and AI-assistance details are optional. Please do not include student personal information or confidential records.
Where the request goes
After a security check, your request is saved for our authorized team to review and an email notification is sent to our company inbox. We use your details to follow up on the enquiry or assess and discuss your KERYX Mods request. Existing-customer status is self-declared on the form and checked by our team; submission does not grant account access or authorize development.
How your request is saved
Early Access and KERYX Mods requests are stored privately for authorized company staff to review and follow up. Stored details include the submitted contact and school information, an enquiry reference, and email notification status. Submitting does not create a school account. Existing enquiries are preserved; contact us about access, correction or deletion.
How long details are kept
We use trusted providers for website hosting, security checks, email delivery and our company inbox. They process the relevant message contents and technical information needed for those services. Information may be processed outside Pakistan. Our enquiry records are retained for enquiry and feature-request follow-up and reviewed when no longer needed. Email and security records may have separate retention periods. Contact us for details or to request deletion.
Website security and performance
Security checks use browser and technical signals to help prevent automated abuse. Website services may process request information such as IP addresses, and your browser may load display resources from service providers. Cloudflare also measures public-page loading and performance using technical information such as page URLs, browser information and load timings. The provider explains its processing in the privacy notice linked below.
Who can view your request
Only authorized company staff can review your request and add follow-up notes. Staff sign-in is protected and separate from school portal access.

For access, correction or deletion requests about your contact details, email [email protected]. We may need to verify the request before acting. No marketing subscription is created by the form.
